Returns are excepted for  *ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY*

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When reaching out about a return/exchange, please include the following:

1. Name and order number

2. Size and style you want in exchange (if available)

3. The address that you want your product shipped back to you.

 

*PLEASE NOTE* 
When you are returning something, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We will gladly cover the shipping fees back to you. It is recommended that you use a carrier with tracking. Simplelittleloves is not responsible for packages lost in the process of shipping or returns.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
